Children’s data is only accessible to authorised staff and volunteers who have undergone appropriate safeguarding checks and training. We never share a child’s personal information with third parties unless it is necessary for safety reasons, to comply with legal obligations, or when we are working with secure and trusted service providers under strict data protection agreements.

We do not use children’s data for marketing or publicity without express written consent from a parent or guardian. Parents have the right to access or correct their child’s data, withdraw consent, or ask for its deletion where appropriate.

Children’s records are kept only as long as necessary, usually until the child turns 18 or leaves the children’s ministry. After this, their information is securely deleted unless there is a legal or safeguarding reason to retain it for longer.
